PADI Open Water Diver Course

 PADI Open Water Diver Course is the most popular scuba diving course in the world, millions of people have done this course and started the journey into a whole new world. If you're interested in becoming a certified diver and exploring the majestic oceanic realm, this is the course and ticket you should do it.

After you've done the course, you'll be a certified Open Water Diver, you can make friends and dive with your dive buddy at different dive sites in the world!

Prerequisites

1. Above 10 years old, for ages between 10 – 14, you can enroll PADI Junior Open Water Diver Course( Under professional supervision), before enrolling in the course, a parent/guardian must sign administrative forms.
2. Complete and sign a Medical Statement form about your own health. If any questions require further attention, please check with a doctor and follow their instructions.
3. Must complete 200 meters continuous surface swim or 300 meters swim with mask, fins, and snorkel.
4. Must complete 10 minutes swim/float without using any swim aids, in water too deep to stand

What's in the course?

1. Knowledge Development: to understand the basic principles of scuba diving, watch the PADI Open Water Diver video, read through the Open Water Diver Manual, and do 5 knowledge review exercises, 4 short quizzes, and one final exam.
2. Confined Water Dives to learn and master basic scuba skills.
3. Open Water Dives to review your skills and explore underwater.

How long does it take?
The PADI Open Water Diver Course takes 3-4 days to complete. It is performance based so the instructor will adjust to match your development and ensure you have attained the necessary skills for you to be safe in the water.

Plenty of practice maximizes the fun you have, ensures you cement what you've learned, and retains safe dive habits.
